Kent Thompson is the President of  Thompson Realty Group, as well as a Licensed Broker and Broker Owner. Mr. Thompson has been actively involved in Commercial Real Estate for over 30 years. Upon completing his education at New York University's Real Estate School, he remained in New York for ten years and was involved in the management of both the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. Mr. Thompson and his family moved back to Nebraska in 1989 when he and wife, Sara, founded Thompson Realty Group. Currently, he manages over 1.5 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space. Mr. Thompson sits on the Board of Directors of several major businesses and charities in Lincoln. Throughout his career, Mr. Thompson has leased over 4 million square feet of various property types and has developed and built over 1.7 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space for the professional community.
